Subiaco further stamped itself as the WAFL powerhouse with a dominant win over South Fremantle at Optus Stadium, winning back-to-back premierships.

This Saturday morning, Subiaco Women’s will clash with South Fremantle at Leederville Oval with bouncedown at 10.30am, as they look to go 4-0 and sit 4 points clear of the winner between Claremont and Peel Thunder.

It is difficult to see Subiaco losing this game, with South Fremantle starting their inaugural season 0-3.

After a week off and a loss in round one against Claremont, Subiaco was fired up to take on Swan Districts in fine conditions at Steel Blue Oval this past weekend.  

The clash with Swan Districts ended in a 39-point victory to Subiaco; recording their first win of the 2020 Optus WAFL Premiership Season.

This Saturday, Subiaco will take on Swan Districts at Steel Blue Oval with bouncedown at 12.40pm. 

With significant changes having to be made due to injuries, Subiaco continues to provide opportunities and demonstrate the depth of young players coming through the ranks at Subiaco.

Andy Doyle, Liam Hickmott and Aaron Breman are in the extended squad for Saturday.

After a nine-day break since Subiaco’s round 17 clash against Perth, Subiaco played Swan Districts on a fine Saturday afternoon at Leederville Oval.

The clash with Swan Districts ended in a 62-point win to Subiaco, continuing the Lions winning streak leading into the final’s series. The win securing the Lions the Minor Premiership for the 2019 Optus WAFL Premiership Season.
