Lions Recruiting Restrictions Cut

In the WAFL's Annual review of WAFL Rules and Regulations released in October last year, it stated that specific recruiting rules were applied to Subiaco Football Club for 2020 allowing the club to retain or replace current players, but not recruit additional players that are above one (1) point in value, according to the WAFL Rules and Regulations.

The WAFL released its Simply Energy Colts Team fo the Year on Wednesday, with three Premiership Lions selected in the final team.

Subiaco players selected included Lachlan Henderson, Lachlan Vanirsen and Sandon Page;

2020 Outridge Medal Preview

Tomorrow night Subiaco will celebrate the Seniors season with the annual Outridge Medal Presentation Dinner.

Players along with their extended teammates, family and friends will be at the Leederville Sports Bar & Functions Centre to recognise a successful season.

Subiaco Premiership star Rhys Waters has called his time on his WAFL career after a total of 108 League games for the club. 

Rhys Waters was originally recruited from the Sorrento Duncraig Junior Football Club, coming through the Subiaco Football Club u14's development program and debuted for the league side in 2011.

Throughout his footballing career, Rhys also represented WA in the WA State Nationals 18s (2011) and WA State Nationals 16s (2009).
