Club Statement - SFC v WCE Game Location Moved

The Subiaco Football Club regrets to inform our members that the game between Subiaco and the West Coast Eagles this Saturday 6th August has been moved from Leederville Oval to East Fremantle Oval.
The decision was made by the City of Vincent in conjunction with the turf contractor that the grounds were deemed unfit for WAFL Football for the second straight week. Subiaco Football Club CEO, Peter Capes, stated “It is incredibly disappointing for the Club, and we are empathic for our members. Subiaco is dedicated to working with the City to rectify the issues and ensure that the ground is ready to host all future home games”.
Subiaco Football Club apologises to its members who have supported the club throughout the season. The Club is looking forward to delivering an exceptional game day experience on Saturday.
As per the original plan, the game between Subiaco and West Coast will start at 12:10 pm with food and beverage options open for all. To compensate for the inconveniences this may cause, the Subiaco Football Club are offering free access to the game for all members.
The match will mark the first-ever Subiaco home game at East Fremantle Oval in its 126-year history. Subiaco Football Club extends its thanks to the East Fremantle Football Club for their generosity in supporting the day to go ahead.
Once again, Subiaco Football Club appreciates the ongoing loyalty from all of our supporters and sincerely apologises for the inconvenience. We look forward to seeing you Saturday as the team chases another win.
