VALE: George Woodhouse

The Subiaco Football Club is saddened to learn of the recent passing of past player and coach George Woodhouse.

Woodhouse was a valuable part of our proud history, playing 34 League games and 28 Reserves games between 1956 and 1958.

Throughout his playing career with Subiaco, Woodhouse was consistently a top performer and won the Reserves Fairest and Best in 1958.

Woodhouse returned to the Club to take up a coaching role of the Reserves in 1972/73, coachin the team to a Premiership in 1972.

The Subiaco Football Club expresses its sympathies to the family and friends of George.
