Subiaco set to play Eagles at Optus

Subiaco will be looking to add to the winners coloum as they take on the West Coast Eagles side for Round 9 of the 2022 WAFL Season on Saturday 18 June. Due to the fluctuation of the AFL Season the match has been moved from Leederville Oval to Optus Stadium acting as a curtain raiser for the AFL Round 14 clash between West Coast Eagles and Geelong Cats.

The game provides a fantastic opportunity for the Subiaco side, playing on one of the best grounds in Australia, providing a unqiue experience for the WAFL, who rarely play at Optus Stadium.

Subiaco fans will have the opportunity to watch the game in person or via Channel 7. Tickets available through ticketmaster, with prices starting at $30 for more information click here. Normal game-day transport will be unavilable for the Subiaco game, however trains will be stopping at Optus Stadium on the Armadale line throughout Saturday.

Colts and Reserves teams will be in action that weekend taking on the WA State U/16 and U/18 teams respectively at Leederville Oval. With Reserves bounce down set for 9:10am and Colts at 12:00pm, members are encourage to come down to Leederville Oval to watch the action, with the League game & the West Coast Eagles v Geelong game to be streamed through the Subiaco Sports Bar!
