We're Hiring - Assistant Coaches
ASSISTANT COACHES –
SUBIACO FC SENIOR AND TALENT PROGRAMS
Subiaco Football Club is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants for the above positions. These key coaching roles are pivotal in the progression and development of our players at Subiaco FC in the WAFL system
To be considered for this role, you will need significant and successful experience developing players, along with outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Suitable applicants will possess;
People Management & Planning:
- Capacity to effectively manage talented athletes.
- Ability to lead and influence within a high-performance environment
- Demonstrate structured and sequential planning within a dynamic football season.
Football Knowledge:
- Understanding of talented athlete identification, development theories and practice
- Strong knowledge of coaching techniques/strategies
- Sound understanding of skill development learning strategies
- Sound knowledge of WAFL Talent Pathway/programs
- Commitment to ongoing personal development in the area of coach education.
Effective Communication:
- Highly developed and proven communication (written, verbal, visual), interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Level 2 coach accreditation (minimum or working towards)
- Significant and successful WAFL, WAAFL or comparative coaching experience
