Subi players feature heavily in Round one of 2020 AFLW Season
Round one of the 2020 AFLW season kicks off tonight, with 11 Subiaco players selected to represent their respective AFLW Clubs over the seven games.
A. Schmidt will be the first of the Subi Women's players to feature; when the GWS Giants clash with Gold Coast at 10.10am AWST at Blacktown International Sportspark.
Later in the afternoon R.Forth will start for Adelaide, as they look to start the season strongly against Brisbane Lions. The game is scheduled to be played at Hickey Park at 2.10pm AWST.
Throughout Sunday, a total of nine Subiao players will be on show, with D. Pisconeri, M. Dowrick, B. Devlyn, C. Guard, T. Tester and D. Hooker playing in West Coast's first AFLW game when they take on Collingwood at Victoria Park at 10.10am AWST.
The weekend rounds out at Fremantle Oval, with H. Miller, L. Rohde and K. Bowers playing infront of friends, family and other Subi faithful against Geelong at 2.10pm AWST.
Subaico FC congratulates all players selected to represent their AFLW team in round one of the 2020 season, but special mention to D. Pisconeri, T. Tester and L.Rohde who will make their AFLW debuts this weekend.
