Father-Son Connection On Display in Round One

Subiaco’s Colts and 16’s sides will tomorrow see four father-son players in action with three life members and three premiership players amongst the famous fathers.

 

Mitch Georgiades, Christian Miller-Sabbioni and Taj Schofield will play for the Subiaco Colts while Cameron Dean will represent the Subiaco 16’s.

 

John Georgiades, Paul Miller and Jarrad Schofield are all life members of the Subiaco Football Club and will all see their sons in colts action tomorrow.

 

Meanwhile Warren Dean was a member of the 1986 Subiaco Premiership Side with his son Cameron part of the next generation of upcoming Lions players.

 

Taj Schofield and Christian Miller-Sabbioni will be making their Colts debuts tomorrow while Mitch Georgiades is playing in just his second game after debuting late in the 2017 season for the Subiaco Colts.

 

All three of the Colts sons are yet to turn 17 and it shows the enormous potential that each boy shows in being selected to compete in Colts football to start Round One of the 2018 season.

 

Continuing with the Father-Son theme of the day, Aaron Breman, son of Subiaco player Todd Breman will make his Reserves debut for the Subiaco Football Club.

 

Subiaco fans are encouraged to get to Leederville Oval early tomorrow and support the Subiaco Colts and Subiaco 16’s sides, with these famous Subiaco names in action.

 

The 16’s game commences at 9am and the Colt’s Game commences at 11am. It is free entry before half time of the Colts game for all WAFL club members.
