This Good Friday, Subiaco’s 2021 Optus WAFL Premiership season will begin with a home game, as the Lions face East Perth at Leederville Oval with bouncedown at 4:10pm.

Subiaco have four exciting players set to debut for the Subiaco Football Club tomorrow.

Chad Harris comes to Subiaco after playing with the Richmond Football Club’s VFL side, enticing the Lions as a hard-at-it quick midfielder. He played in two of the three pre-season games, across both the reserves and league side. Chad will look to fill the shoes of departing players Ben Newton and Kyal Horsley and hopes to cement himself as a starting player in the Subiaco league side this year.

Jordan Faraone played 33 colts games from 2016-2018 and most recently 14 reserves from 2019-2020 for Subiaco and is also set to make his League debut this weekend. Jordan also performed well in all three pre-season games this year, putting himself in the best position to be picked, Jordan will surely be a useful addition to the team on Friday.

Like Jordan, Koby is set to debut after spending time playing for Subiaco Colts and Reserves over the last few years. Over the last three years Koby has played 41 games for the Reserves and looks to take the opportunity to debut for the league side with both hands. Fullgrabe played in all three of Subiaco’s league pre-season games and looks settled in his role.

Lewis Putt, a handy 196cm, is also on his way to be making his WAFL debut after coming from the Scarborough Amateur team. With absence of Subiaco’s premier ruckman, Lachlan Delahunty, Lewis led the ruck this pre-season and will look to lock his spot in the team sharing ruck duties with Lachlan Delahunty going forward.
