WAFLW Round 11 Match Preview

Round 11 will see Subiaco take on Swan Districts at Leederville Oval for a 2:30pm bouncedown.

 

Form

After a round 10 win against Peel Thunder by 44 points the Lions will be looking to get another win on the board. Currently at six wins and two losses and sitting top of the ladder, Subiaco will be looking to maintain their current form and get the win playing in front of their home crowd at Leederville Oval. 

 

1st Position

Subiaco currently sit top of the WAFLW ladder, one game ahead of Claremont with a very high percentage of 207.6. Subiaco will be  looking to maintain their current position on the ladder as we head towards the end of the season.

 

Goal Kickers

Last time the two teams played, the Lions were only able to kick three goals; coming from Dowrick McKenzie, Jacqueline Toth and Hayley Miller. 

 

Last two times

Round 1 saw Subiaco win by 29 points, while round nine of the 2019 WAWFL season Swan Districts defeat Subiaco by 14 points. Both games against the Swans have been played at Steel Blue Oval, with Subiaco hosting Swan Districts for the first time this year, as the team looks to cement the win at their home ground.
