Subiaco 2018 Pre-Season Fixtures Announced

Subiaco’s 2018 season is set to ramp up in preparation, with pre-season fixtures announced by the WAFL today.

 

Subiaco are set to take on two of its most fierce rivals in West Perth and Peel in a pre-season rematch of last year’s Grand Final with these two matches slated for March 10th and March 17th.

 

Pre-season will conclude a week out from the season proper for Subiaco, on Friday March 23rd when Subiaco host East Fremantle underlights at Leederville Oval.

It promises to be another intriguing pre-season for the Lions with a host of new faces, returning faces and the core group of last year’s squad all fighting to be in the mix for selection for round 1 of the WAFL season.

 

Subiaco will commence their 2018 WAFL season with their marquee Good Friday match with Eat Perth on Friday March 30th at 4.15pm.

 

The WAFL will be experimenting with a “Last Touch Rule” during pre-season, as well as experimentation with the management of “Time On/Time Off” during games.
