Junior District Documents
To all players, coaches, managers, umpires, committees and parents.
Just a short note to welcome you all to season 2012.
New for 2012 is the Environment point which is a behaviour point for Players and Parents on and off the field. Teams can score an extra point if they abide by the by-laws. Age groups have changed throughout, so players will be playing in their school years.
For the coaches and managers we have a resources folder on the Subiaco Website. This will assist coaches with drills with a variation to your train routines. For the managers there is an easy to follow procedures guide for the preparation and finalizing team sheets before and after the game. Remember to load your score and update your score sheets after the game. Also available are the flow charts for the Modifieds.
We also have guidelines for the mums and dads who are the back bone of the team as they do all the rotational jobs that are required such Goal umpiring, Boundary Umpire, Runners , Water Carriers and Time Keeper.
So please take advantage of these resources.
If you have any issues please see your Club Committee members so they may assist.
From the JCC all the best for season 2012.
Regards
Rob Goodin
Competition Director.
