We travelled down to Mandurah to play 4 x 25 minute quarters. The conditions were very hot and windy was tough for the players. We had a very young side in and Peel had 6 or 7 regular league players in their side. Although we got beaten we were able to have a good look at our youngster’s playing against good opposition.
There are areas we still need some work on, but we couldn’t question the endeavour and willingness by the younger players to implement what we asked of them before the game.
We look forward to seeing you supporting these young players continuing to develop into quality Subiaco players. Next we face up against East Fremantle on Saturday afternoon.
