The Subiaco Football Club is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to take charge of the beverage services at our bar and functions centre located at Subiaco Oval.
The main focus of the position is to provide beverage services for corporate luncheons, cocktail functions, club supporter functions and members.
The facility encompasses 3 main function and bar areas which can accommodate a number of functions concurrently, an exciting challenge for the right candidate.

attention to detail and the ability to coordinate a multifaceted workload;
excellent communication (written and verbal) skills;
a professional approach and commitment to the business and profitability;
experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry;
can do attitude, be proactive and work without supervision.
Other responsibilities include:
completing and managing rosters according to business demands;
beverage costings, till takings, wage and stock control;
maintain facility and appliances and establish service standards;
hire, train and supervise staff;
customer service and enquiries;
increase utilisation of the facility.
Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Operations , you must have a flexible approach to working hours and be very reliable. Our venue operates mainly on weekends from February to September (AFL & ARU seasons), including evening work and some weekdays. Having your own transport and RSA training is essential.
